Usually, yes. However, one thing I've noticed about the upper arm
is that it hits a point where it just won't get any darker. This is
particularly true if you have a suntan, or darker skin. (My upper
amrs don't take henna well, and the henna doesn't darken much, even
with multiple applications.
Try it, though! I used to do multiple applications on my hands and
feet all the time (before I had good henna, and could stand sleeping
with it). It is especially nice because you can correct mistakes with
the second application :-)
