Please don't think that this is average behavior for sellers on the
internet. Every purchase I've made on the internet has gone very
well. I've heard some stories about poor quality with Shelly henna
but I haven't used it personally. I know purchasing with American
dollars can add up but the best mehndi seems to be available online
from American companies, or Canadian ones.
