For anyone interested, there is an article in the July 30, 1999 issue
of the newspaper "India Abroad" on Indian- American weddings. It
shows a picture of bridal hands with a beautifully hennaed pattern
with dipped fingertips. It should be available at an Indian store, or
else their main editorial office is (212)929-1727.
