FESTIVALS???

I have been doing mehndi work for over 2 yrs. privately for friends and their friends and families and I love the work and the creative outlet that it gives me. But since I happen to live in the seemingly very conservative Wisconsin State, I have never heard of such Festivals as they are described in this forum. How can I find out about these great sounding get-togethers and where are they usually held? Is there one near me at all? And how can I get involved? ie: contact person/people, sign up or whatever it is to get started. I'd love to meet more mehndi artists and learn as much as I can. Will I need a vendor lisence or something like that? 1000 of questions I know, but I dream of mehndi in my sleep, so you see I can't stop now. I need an even bigger oulet for my love to mehndi now. LOL. Please e-mail me or post in here with some hinters, please.
