Chances are it's not going to come off by then. But you can always
try the following (not all at once or you will damage your skin):
-Soaking with water, or with a VERY mild bleach solution
-Exfoliating the area with skin scrubs or a loofah
-Applying a lot of lotion with hydroxy acids
-Meet another mehndi artist who can go over your blob with an
interesting "cover" design
