Unknown host mssgs.

I keep getting these annoying mssgs tonight which say, "Unable to connect to the server named 'www.bioch.ox.ac.uk' The server does not have a DNS entry.... blah, blah, blah. There may be a mispelling in the server name or the server no longer exists... blah, blah, blah." What the hell does that mean? Is this happening to others? Or is it my internet service? Or am I just trying to read postings at too busy a time? This mssg pops up when I click on a posting to try & read it.

Sorry for the non-henna-related question. I'm just wondering if it is problem with the forum.
