After multiple lemon-sugar applications, I've tried putting on thin
cotton and -moistening- the cotton with enough lemon-sugar that the
cotton becomes part of the coating. Then more cotton or toilet paper
and taping it. Works most of the time; got a blur on one person but
that may have been excessive motion combined with extreme
perspiration.
