I have made some stencils from "fun foam" I think it is called, available in craft stores. It is similar to the material used in some stencils I have bought. It is thick and holds the henna paste well. I use some spray adhesive on the back to make it stick. I have found a good item to use to cut the design out with is a stencil burner pen. It is available in craft stores and is sort of like a soldering iron, or woodburner pen. The tip of it gets hot and allows you to slice through plastic materials quickly and easily. You can cut out small curvy areas very easily with this thing. : Has anybody ever tried making their own stencils ? I draw my own : designs on paper and I'd love to make stencils out of them. Any advice : on what material to use and how to do it is much appreciated ... : Thanks for the attention !! : Peace to all ... : ~Jewel~
