2 totally unrelated questions (stocking sifting & isp's)

1) Can't relocate the mssg from the person who made a sifter out of 2
glass jars with their lids taped together, but for all you home made
sifter inventors: I just took 2 plastic sour cream containers, cut out
the middle of the lids & hot-glued the lids together so now I can put
the containers on either end to sift. I am unacustomed to sifting
with stockings & don't know how tight to stretch them over my
container. I know if I stretch them too tight I will make the holes
too big & get bits in my henna. Is there any way you can describe the
correct tension in writing for me?

2) AOL bites for surfing and for downloading Catherines' generous
gifs. It's off the henna topic, but I'd appreciate any
recomendations for a new isp. I know some will give you free time if
you refer a friend & I'd be happy to use one of your names if I switch
to your service. Who loves their internet service provider? AOL is
always committing wierd errors & booting me out and it can't seem to
handle gif files. Very frustrating.
