Do a dry run with an eyebrow pencil or something, and move around.
This applies to any area where the skin distorts. Actually, you can
get some rather intriguing effects with flexed muscles (or,
presumably, cleavage-enhancing bras) if you plan it carefully. (I saw
this first with a tatoo in an old movie - the sailor had a ship on his
chest, and flexed his muscles to make the ship "sail" in time as he
whistled a tune. Quite impressive, though way out of my league.)
