I love sheet protectors for cones! They're the perfect combination of
pliability and firmness. I find plastic drop sheets too droopy, and
the plastic for gift baskets too thin. But sheet protectors are just
right. (Do I sound like Goldilocks?)
I keep going back and forth between making my own cones and using
carrot bags or cake decorating bags. Each has their advantages.
