Toul. Yes, of course. I bought some yesterday and after folding it
up into several layers it looked just about like my fine metal sieve.
I will be experimenting with it soon (i.e. how many layers make the
holes just right, etc.). I also bought a very small embroidery hoop
while I was in the fabric store. I think this will help me keep the
folded layers together and taut while I do some experimental sifting
and while I'm trying to glue them in place between the lids of my new
sifter. Total bill for these supplies (including way too much toul):
$2.57. I did also invest in some clear plastic jars (with my opaque
sour cream containers, I could not tell when I was done sifting
without opening them up - a dusty mess). Thanks for the suggestion!
