Problems with Black Henna

I received a Henna Tatoo on August 6th. It started to fade
away about 1 week later and I thinking that it was going
to wash right off at that point, I scrubbed it too hard
while taking a shower. Now the place where the Henna was
inflamed and became red. The redness has gone away and the
swelling has decreased. But it has not completely gone away.
I did not have any problems with the black henna initially and
I only heard about the warnings after this happened to me.
What should I do?
