I have some of that ink. Temptu makes nice kits which are available
from many places, including Castle Arts. I got an Indian kit with 25
colors (but smaller bottles than the Temptu kits) from Body Arts
Supply and LOVE it.

I also love henna. Paints and henna are very different, but not
incompatible. I use the body paints for fake henna designs in areas
that never get dark on me (chest, upper arms, etc)...for fake facial
tattoos when performing dance, and sometimes to accent a nice henna
design (e.g. adding some blue or yellow inside a flower)

The advantage of the paints is that they are easily removeable with
alcohol and cotton. The advantage of henna is that it is a much
richer and more satisfying experience. That's why I have a henna
design on at all times, and only use the body paints for special
occasions.
