I had the opportunity to teach a bunch of guides earlier this year,
and they loved it! Just like Catherine described. I don't claim any
special knowledge, other than that which I've picked up reading the
forum, but they were just lapping it up. And the henna free-for-all
afterwards was great fun. Yes, you can get henna out of a white
sweatshirt, but only if you're real quick and use plenty of washing
up liquid!
