Full body henna rocks, and that is a LOVELY example....but you gotta
have primo henna and killer technique to pull it off. And it's NOT
easy to work in large scale like that! Both the henna artist and the
hennaed lady have to be really up for a long haul! In terms of
dermatology, expense and discomfort, I really love the idea of big
tribal patterns in henna rather than black ink tattoo work!

I think I have good evidence of full body intricate daintly floral
henna from 1550 AD in Turkey.....that and the plump Boetian lady....so
provenance may definitely groove for full bod henna.
