If its black peels off after drying in 10 to 20 minutes
Then Here's what you might find in the mix..

Sodium Perborate , P-Phenylenediamine , cellulose gum,
Tartaric acid, Sodium Methyl Oleol Taurate, M-Phenylenediamine
Sulfate, O-Aminophenol.

Notice there is no henna.. If you mix this stuff with henna it wil
burn for sure.. The trouble is not so much the burn. The real
problems are with the blader, Liver, heart and brain..
If someone wants a tattoo then they should get one.. Black Hennas or
goofy looking anyway...
