White flower oil is an an external analgesic (for temporary releif of
minor aches and pains in muscles) that's what it says on the bottle.
It's kind of like a Ben-Gay/Icy Hot type analgesic in liquid form.
The ingredients are: Wintergreen, menthol, camphor, eucalyptus,
peppermint, and lavender. I have done side by side test and this is
the one ingredient that makes the difference for me. I beleive what
makes it work is the fact that this oil is specifically designed to
bring heat to the area where it is applied. And heat seems to be what
it's all about. I get the white flower oil at a health food store
like Whole Foods or Wild Oats.

Now, I still don't know what Alum is. Can anybody help??
