I'm keeping a print out of the picture in my faq book for anyone who
asks for ppd black.

This person could use a legal referral, and I know nothing about
that.....though I hope he keeps taking pictures of the progress of the
skin deterioration, blistering and mess...because only pictures will
convince people to stop PPD black henna, and pictures would be
necessary for a lawsuit.
