I have to agree with Rupal's selections. Lorretta Roome's book is
excellent and very imformative. "Henna from Head to Toe" is also very
good and is very smooth and light reading yet very imformative. It
adds a section on henna and hair and henna as a natural medicine
which I have found in no other henna book. "The Art of Mehndi" by
Sumita Batra has very nice pictures of models in the fashion industry
and musicians and actresses sporting their Henna bodyart along with
bindis and Kum kum paint. It shows how to mix them all together to
create some really pretty bodyart. "The Henna Art Book" by Aileen
Marron comes with a kit. That is the one that got me rolling in henna.
Take Care,
Sonia
