BriteStuff stencils

Greetings,
I'm brand new to the art of henna
tatooing. I recently bought some of
the above mentioned stencils wholesale and they didn't come with
instructions on how to use them. They are kind of rubbery and it seems you wouldn't use them like a "normal"
stencil, filling in around the lines.
Of course I eventually want to do freehand designs, but I thought it would be fun to try the stencils. Thanks for any advice!
