Here in MN they actually publish a book that lists the different Art
Fairs/and Festivals that will take place each year, along with
statistics as to attendance and such from previous years. The name of
this book is "Midwest Art Fairs Regional Arts Directory"....they cost
$7.95. It covers:

IA
North Dakota
South Dakota

I realize this won't help many people that aren't in the midwest but
if you contacted them you might be able to get more info on other
