Oil, yes or no?

I had my right hand done by someone else and she went outside the
area that she originally put the oil. What I found was that the
Henna did not want to come off that area, the Henna on the oiled area
flaked off easily when I started taking it off.

The problem was that the Henna was old so it didn't stain my skin.

Last night she did my hand again and this time she didn't oil it
because of what I told her about it sticking better.

I can't tell if this lets the Henna stain darker or not. It is a
dark charcoal color right now though, she did use natural Henna, not
colored.

What do you think?
