I've never heard of anyone needing insurance for mehndi, that would be
like having to have insurance for an artist painting on a canvas.
Though lots of shops we sell to have the customer sign a release of
liability since it is a litigious society. I'm sure insurance
requirements vary from State to State....I can understand insurance
for manicures since your dealing with sharp instruments against the
skin, but for mehndi? Does your insurance agent even know what it is?
Maybe he/she is trying to scare you into getting coverage you don't
need? Though this is just my humble personal opinion. Good Luck.
