No, but
1. My local craft store (Michael's, http://www.michaels.com/ in case I
don't manage the link below) sells tiny metal tips that screw on to a
plastic tip. (About $10 for 4 sizes with matching plugs and 2 plastic
tips, if I remember correctly - is there a cheaper way? Someone a
while ago mentioned mechanical pencil tips, but how do you use them?)

2. How do you folks fill the blessed things? One of the books says to
make a cone, then fill them with a thin stream, but that seems very
wasteful and tedious. If I try mixing in a plastic bag and then
filling from that, the top plugs before the bottle is full (and
usually the bag seam splits, too).

(Anyone care to invent a combination syringe/bottle, with a screw-in
plunger so you can push out the air, then leave it in place while
using the thing like a bottle, and so not be re-filling constantly?)
