I brought this up earlier but here it is again. Ginger is great for
increasing circulation. I would assume, but I have never tried it,
that you could rub the area with ginger (fresh or powdered) to get
the circulation going. You might even want to put ginger (the juice
or the powder) into your henna mix so that it is in close contact
with the skin.

Also, we must remember what we were told as kids...that most of your
body heat escapes through the head, so maybe you need a henna hat for
your friends to wear while they're being hennaed.

A blow dryer is always a good source of heat, but i find the air
dries the henna out too much. Maybe a heat lamp would be better.
