Have you tried a wrap?
Many people comment that they can feel the warm-up with a wrap within
minutes of the taping. I certainly see a big difference in henna
stain, and if I wrap halfway up a henna pattern, for comparison, there
is dark color starting right inside the wrap and whimpy color outside
the wrap. If you haven't tried a snow-belt wrap, the one that works
wonders for me (in Cleveland) is on my website...link below.
