MUD by LifeArt is a little pricey but well worth the investment. Just
the fact that I don't have to sift and spend hours making up my own
paste speaks for itself.

No mixure that I have ever used has given me the kind of color that
the Mehndi MUD has. I can get it SUPER dark even on backs, bellies,
and shoulders, if I apply it one day and then re-apply the next. I
have done this for models of mine and it has worked out wonderfully.

I have only had 2 instances where I was told my clients that the
Mehndi MUD didn't take on their skin. One time, I was applying it in
a rainstorm, and I think the humidity may have screwed up the
chemistry of the henna. The other was a snobbish salon client who I
think may have just done the whole scrub off thing.

Usually when I apply Mehndi MUD to the tops of my feet the designs
last a good 3 weeks. With my hands, it's a little less 1-2 weeks. My
palms, probably about a week. That's with doing dishes and washing
hands and all normally :)

There is no pre-treatment of the skin, and no lemon-sugar required to
help the skin take the dye. This comes in extremely handy when doing
festivals or concerts....because it's just apply and go. Let the MUD
dry and fall off on it's own and the colour develops over a period of
48 hours.

I can't say enough :o) I offer a link to the LifeArt page on my
website I love the stuff and endorse it so!
