I'm a little swamped...but I'll see if I can get these done soon
enough that everyone can have them....these would be my start....

Partridge in a Pear Tree
Dove
Fir Tree
Holly
Snowflakes
Star of Bethlehem
Bells

Since most of the henna patterns from pre-1930 India were cookies,
sweets, game boards, and such treats signifying Hindy holidays, I
can't imagine why there would be any problem unless someone simply is
doing some poorly justified terratorial barking. The Christian Copts
did henna. The Christian Armenians did henna. But for the Spanish
Inquisition, I feel fairly certain that henna as a body art would have
been used across Europe from the Renaissance on. It had a good
foothold in Spain to the Pyranees, Sicily, Bosnia, Bulgaria and there
are some hints of it in Southern France....and was pushed out with the
ethnic cleansing that forced the Moors out of Europe. Damn shame. We
have a lot of catching up to do!
