I just love these recipes with incredible measurements and strange
time periods!

Catherine, in my research into Moroccan textiles I have run across
lots of information on the natural dyes used. I'll dig up what I can
find and give you the references. Meanwhile, there is a family here
in the US (the Pickerings) that collects Moroccan textiles. They are
considered the experts on the subject, at least in the US. The
father (can't remember his first name) wrote a book maybe 20 years
ago with lots of background information...I think it's something
like "Carpets from the Far West Orient" (I can check my notes). His
daughter, Brooke Pickering, came out with her own book about 2 years
ago called, "Moroccan Carpets". I haven't read this more recent
book, but I assume that it has much of the same information, maybe
more.

And Catherine, you may want to do some of your anti-evil designs on
your harddrive to keep the jinns from getting at your computer
through this forum!
