Last year I henna-ed a wooden egg for easter. The paste, when
removed did not really leave a stain like that of the skin. It
seemed to still have a green tinge to it. I henna-ed the egg again
and left the paste on & sealed it with an art sealer. Looks great
and has a neat texture.
Haven't tried fabric yet.
