Earlier this year someone posted a story about her cat getting hennaed
(by her young daughter). It was a white cat, the henna turned nearly
burgundy and the cat had no ill effects from ingesting the mix. I
don;t know how long it lasted, but I would imagine it would hang in
there for months...
I keep thinking about hennaing my black cat, but I don;t think she'd
appreciate it very much...
BTW, white horses are still hennaed in Egypt.
