pomegranate syrup

Read an older message about honey, which I haven't tried. However, I
have been using pomegranate syrup, also called pomegranate molassas
and it makes the consistency of my paste absolutely luxurious. The
lines hold very well, even the thin ones. I've had great results.
Just added a tiny bit at a time and stirred until the mixture was
smooth enough. Hope that helps someone! :-)

I usually use the syrup to make fessenjan (chicken w/walnuts) yummm!
