:I don't know anything for sure, but I read somewhere that they used henna on the palms of the hands and feet on pregnant women to keep them cool in the heat. It has some kind of cooling property. If they use it for that I don't suppose there would be any problem as long as you have used it before without any reaction to it. Let us know if you find out anything for sure.
