I don't know what the explanation of this is, but from my experience
the tips color a little but not as well as the part closer to the
cuticle.
Last weekend I painted henna designs on my nails and my plan was to
make the design closest to the cuticle the most interesting so that
would grow out and continue to show the whole time. Eventually that
part will be at the end of my nails and hopefully stay pretty d
