Thanks. I was under the impression that black tea added some acid,
and as far as I can tell, the closer you are to 4 or 5 pH, the better
the hennotannins react.. if, as you said, it is fresh. I wasn't sure
if green tea contains the same level of acid. But lemon juice sounds
unbeatable!
