Figure out how much your time and expertise is per hour. Multiply by
the number of hours you will be "on call" -- instructing,
demonstrating, assisting with cones, encouraging, etc. Then add in
the costs of your materials.
I generally charge about $35/hour, and am quite satisfied with that
rate. There's other folks round here who charge upwards of $50-60/
hour. It's up to what you feel your time is worth, and then if the
organiser balks, you have a solid basis for bargaining.
