you can use henna on the feet to help ease the discomfort of swollen
feet/ankles that is common during pregnancy.
it's totally safe.
mix your own paste so you know what's in it.
: I would like some information on henna use in pregnancy. I saw a
wonderful mandella done on a pregnant belly. Is it safe. Also are
there any resources for traditional signifcance of henna use in
childbirth and pregnancy.
