It rather depends on your intended audience, but: 1. Even small graphics can be slow for some of us. It's kinder to put text alternatives in the "img" part whenever you use them for something important, such as text. (I'm not actually following my own advice here, but I know I appreciate it on other people's sites -- particularly when the graphic is a link.) 2. For bulk text (not titles & such), it's kinder to use the html defaults - to a lesser extent, this is also true for titles. That way, if someone has visual issues (low contrast, setup for printer, poor eyesight needing large or serifed fonts), they can set up their browser, and pages using defaults will be readable to them. In titles, it's also a good idea to use standards (h1, h2, etc.) if you want search engines to find you. Put the key words in h1 & h2; some search engines don't go further. There used to be a few sites on webpage design - the one out of Yale was particularly good. I just checked, but I don't currently have the URLs. (Ping me if you're interested enough to inspire a search.) The pages look good, even on my limited-color laptop! I'm amazed at how dark you get the henna on paper. I've just tried the pour-method into cookie cutters sitting on a screen, so I now I have a bunch of smallish stars to henna, or to include into larger pieces. Also, I put some mash into candy molds - it took extra time to dry, but looking at them, the shapes could be good for earrings. Good seeing!
