tell.) There's a picture in the paper of Ambassador Carol
Moseley-Braun rubbing noses in greeting with Maori "Eddie Joe" in New
Zealand - neat black design on the face, looks maybe a bit scratched
in a few spots, so I suspect it's topical (not dye).
