I've been experimenting with Mehndi and learning about it for over a year now. I have been exclusivly focusing on traditional work. I just had my first booth at a Women's celebration. I got a lot of compliments. I was told about a Mehndi artist in the area who is putting out substandard work. I try to keep in that this is a growing trend in America and there are always varying degrees of skill. I might be one of "those" artists that someone else might discriminate against. I understand the competitive spirit but it doesn't have to be angry.
