Just to let you all know that, rather than paying us IT people loads
of money to hang around over the New Year, the Department has very
sensibly decided just to turn everything off on the 31st. We'll then
turn it back on on the 1st and find out what works. :)

In other words, if anyone was hoping to post to the forum dead on
midnight (GMT) you'll be out of luck!

Oh, and for those of you waiting patiently for the new site, I've
done most of the navigation links over the last week or so and should
be coming back from my New Year break with a largely finished site.
