Hej, When I use Castle Art henna on my finger tips and the sides of my hands, I usually get a *very* dark brown, almost black, colour which, when it fades, looks like I have some sort of skin disorder - it doesn't all fade at the same time or the same rate. As I posted before, my friend Hilary (whom I am getting addicted to henna) sometimes says it looks like I've caught my fingers in a door somewhere along the line. I don't mind the orange creamcicle (sp?) look nearly as much as the fingers caught in the door look; besides, I can usually hide my fading designs under my brace - handy (no pun intended)for fading designs and going out to teach. --Anne : Dark auburn is a lovely color to decorate skin with. Orange, alas, is : not. (But it's better than black :)
