Any advise for a beginner?

I am wanting to get started doing henna tattoos.

Should I use stencils to begin with?
How much should I charge?
Any other advise you may have to offer me as a beginner I would greatly appreciate.
I am located near Kansas City, MO----anyone with supplier info in this area?
