Try Dr. Jefe's in Ocean Beach (Newport Ave) on Wednesdays. Ask for
Mira, she is an excellent Henna artist. Also, on Sundays at Starcrafts
Bookstore, (also in Ocean Beach on Cable Street, at Newport) there are
two excellent henna artists who are there from about 12:00 to 6:00.
Both of these places are excellent!!
