Well that seems to be a silly question.
If they are looking for the best tips for their customers, why not ask around? I would hate for a supplier to say " this is how we do things and any other way is wrong." If you have ordered from them or been to their site you would see that they welcome everybodies tips that work. I feel they want to keep their customers happy and will do their homework to keep up on all the new and improved methods.
Anyways, I don't think anyones tips will make their henna powder any different. They found the good stuff and it makes my clients happy.
