Neat idea and a bit of perspective...

I dunno if this will work, but I had an idea this morning. I've tried
that recipie with the dried limes and it worked pretty well for me.
However, blood oranges are VERY cheap right now where I live and I
think I'm going to try to dry some of those and see if they make a
good color henna. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

And now for a bit of perspective/history:
With all the flame wars and such going on around here I just wanted to
ask everybody to stop and look around. 2 years ago at this time (when
I first got into henna) there was almost NOTHING about henna/mehandi
on the net. A few pictures here and there, mostly indian weddings and
tourist pictures. One of those tourist pictures was taken by a guy
named Jeremy Rowntree. He created this site 'cuz a buncha people were
interested in that picture. He looked up information on med-dance
and rec.bodyart and put together what he found and created this site.
So, let's all give a big THANK YOU to Jeremy for giving us this space
to debate and learn.
