I used to use Al-Aroosa until I tried Castle Art. You will definitely
need to SIFT! Really fine tips still clog easily with this stuff even
after 2 siftings.

It's hard to rely on Al-Aroosa for consistency, unless you get it
straight from the exporter. Who knows how long those boxes have been
collecting dust in the Indian grocery?

On a scale of 1 to 10, (10 being Castle Art and 1 being old stale
stuff) Al-Aroosa is about a 5-6.
