I've ended up with a deep, brownish-green sometimes when using henna
on very rough skin (the edges of the sole, mostly). There was a
possible chemical explanation (I don't recall it), or it may just be
that some of the powder got caught in the dead skin, and when the red
dye moved on, the slightly-green powder was left. I don't think I
could make it happen intentionally, though.
Can you find out from the person if it was supposed to come out that
color?
