A few things you can try.
Use some sloughing lotion. You can find it at a Beauty Supply store like sally's. It is used to rub off dead skin off you feet. Be careful not to get carried away though.
Also you fav night cream that has alpha hydroxy. That also flakes off dead skin.
And of course scrub with a strong soap.
Redken has a build up shampoo that might work too.
Why did it turn out so awful?
